Do you travel to clients for services?

Yes, we offer on-location services for weddings and special events within London and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. For consultations and workshops, we typically host these at our studio.

What brands of makeup do you use?

We use a professional kit with high-quality brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, NARS, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, and others. All products are chosen for their performance, longevity, and suitability for photography. If you have specific brand preferences or sensitivities, please let us know.

I have sensitive skin/allergies. Can you accommodate this?

Absolutely. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance. We can select hypoallergenic products for your service and can work with products you already know work well for your skin. We recommend a patch test if you have significant concerns.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of regular appointments. For bridal services, we require 14 days' notice. Cancellations made after these periods may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen, and these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
